5 Tricks of Keeping Your Crockery Sets Shine and Clean

Serving food in clean, attractive crockeries with no spots and stains enhances the taste of the food. Stain and grease spoils the beauty of the crockeries. Cleaning and maintaining them is of utmost importance to keep them sparkling and attractive. It is necessary to clean the glass dinner set without leaving any stains and spots behind. ●      Using Hot Water: Different types of food are served in crockeries. Cleaning them in cold water might not remove all the dirt. Hot water helps in removing stains as well as grease from the crockery set making them look shiny and bright.  

●  Using Baking Soda: Some stains are so stubborn that they cannot be removed by any dish washing liquid and water. In such cases baking soda is the best choice that helps in removing the stubborn stains. Use a solution of water and baking powder to remove the stains, once they have vanished, wash the crockeries with dishwashing liquid and water. The crockeries will shine like before. Baking soda is an ideal ingredient to remove stains from any type of crockeries. 

●   Using Vinegar and  Salt: Using a mixture of vinegar and salt solution in equal amounts to remove stubborn stains from the dinner set is another effective method. Apply this solution over the stained crockeries and keep it aside for about 15 minutes. The stains will disappear. Now rinse the crockeries with plain water. Wash them with dishwashing liquid and water. The crockeries will regain their shine.  

●   Using Warm Milk: Nowadays you can get porcelain dinner sets online. Stains on porcelain kitchenware can be easily removed with the help of warm milk. Soak stained crockeries in warm milk overnight. The next day washes them carefully with dishwashing liquid and water. The stains easily disappear. 

●    Cleaning Silver Cutlery: For cleaning silver cutlery you can soak them in mild lukewarm water mixed with dishwashing liquid and wash them in hot water and wipe them dry. Silver cutlery can also be cleaned by rubbing a paste of baking soda and water or vinegar or even laundry detergent on the surface of the cutlery. Then rinse the cutlery in plain water and wipe it dry with a clean cloth. The silver cutlery will regain its shine.
